It has never been easy to find a place to have a beer or enjoy fine food in Bournemouth’s Central Gardens! However, Urban Garden has provided a solution after recently opening its doors in the Lower Gardens, next to the Mini Golf opposite the band stand. The bar-restaurant has an outside tree-top terrace that makes it a truly unique spot. Urban Garden serves breakfast, lunch and dinner alongside local ales, fine wines and cocktails.

Ze German Schlawiner ist gut! The very first German food and beer bar in the heart of Bournemouth has just opened and it really fills the gap when it comes to German takeaways in town. First of all, there are free fries with every beer! You can savour not only Käsespätzle but Berlin Style Currywurst and Schlawiner Fries too - just to give you an idea about the menu. They have vegetarian options as well and many German beers.

Located in the heart of Christchurch, Tom’s Bar brings exciting cocktails, authentic tapas, fine wines, craft beers and coffee - morning, noon and night. The entirely cashless bar has an elegant and timeless atmosphere and looks really cool on Castle Street. Expect high-end service and sophisticated menus.

We recently wrote about great places that happen to also be dog-friendly. Read more about where you can take your dog while you enjoy a coffee, a pint or an amazing dinner in and around Bournemouth.
